Privacy Policy
SteamLIB
Last updated: March 29, 2026
Data we collect and store
We do not collect, store, or sell personal data about you. SteamLIB:
- Does not collect your name, email address, account information, or browsing history.
- Does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels.
- Uses browser storage only to remember local display preferences, such as which chips/badges you want shown on supported Steam pages.
That local preference is used only so the extension can keep your chosen display active the next time you open a supported Steam page.
Data shared with third-party services
SteamLIB does not send data to a developer-controlled server. When you interact with a chip/Badge , or shortcut added by the extension on a Steam page, your browser may open the destination you selected using information already visible on that page.
Any third-party site you choose to open from SteamLIB handles your visit under its own privacy policy. SteamLIB only prepares the action locally in your browser.
Changes to this policy
If the behavior of the extension or the way it uses data changes in a meaningful way, this Privacy Policy will be updated here and, where needed, in the browser store listing.
